Dr. Dyonzak's favorite sleep and energy tip?
Prepare for sleep as you would a theater performance - set the stage (good sleep hygiene), know how to improvise (learn sleep-specific strategies), don't worry about your performance (change your mindset). Find simple ways to enjoy the next day regardless of the prior night of sleep.
